I am Janine Kelly, MSW, LCSW, C-NDAAP, ADHD-CCSP, ASDCS, PMH-C, RPT-S™, a neurodivergent therapist and the owner of True Reflections Mental Health Services in Middlesex, NJ. I specialize in neurodiversity affirming therapy and comprehensive ADHD and Autism evaluations for children, teens, and adults. I know firsthand what it feels like to spend years without answers. That lived experience shapes every session and every evaluation I conduct.

I know this experience. As a neurodivergent clinician who received my own ADHD and Autism diagnosis later in life, I understand what it means to live without answers for years. That experience is at the heart of everything I do.
